Time, by design
We’re a concierge clinic. Patients pay us directly, so the length of a visit and the tests it calls for are decided by you and the people caring for you.
Testing first
We don’t recommend anything until we have the data. We test extensively, with advanced blood work, imaging and in-office screening, to find the cause of a problem, not only its symptoms.
Physician-led, never standing still
Our medical director makes sure our care meets the standards our clinicians set together. Our physicians review current medical literature continually, and when the evidence changes, our care changes with it.

We publish the research behind most of what we offer and tell you how strong the evidence is. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.

Prices, published
We don’t bill insurance, and we publish our prices, so you know the cost before you commit. Prices for other services are on each service’s page.

- $250 to establish care, then $110 a month. Labs are separate: through your insurance at Quest, or $250 (women) or $275 (men) at our cash price.
- Premier Care
- $1,950 to establish care, then $214 or $314 a month. Labs are separate: through your insurance at Quest, or $700 at our cash price.
- Hormone pellets
- $450 (women) or $900 (men) per placement, all-in, for HRT-Only and Premier Care patients
- IV drips
- $140 to $1,499 per infusion
- DEXA scans
- $75 body composition, $300 bone density (an order is required)
- Shockwave therapy
- $1,800 for six sessions, $3,000 for twelve

Questions
Questions before you start
Do I need a membership?
Not for everything. Hormone care is provided through our Premier Care membership or our HRT-Only plan. Services such as IV therapy and cosmetic injectables don’t require a membership.
How soon can I be seen?
Usually within three to four weeks. For our HRT-Only plan and medical weight loss, it’s often about two weeks. Premier Care starts with lab work, which takes about three weeks to come back, so your first Premier Care visit is scheduled at least three weeks after your blood draw.
Do you take insurance?
We don’t bill insurance. Labs, imaging centers and pharmacies can still bill yours, and we accept HSA and FSA cards (your plan decides what qualifies). Financing is available through CareCredit.
Can I have visits by video?
Many follow-up visits for hormone and Premier Care patients can be done by video through our patient portal.
Is there an age requirement?
We don’t start hormone care for anyone under 18, and IV therapy is for adults 21 and over. Some care isn’t right for everyone. If we can’t support what you need, we’ll say so, and we’ll usually have a referral.
Do you see patients from outside Kansas City?
Yes. Along with patients from across the Kansas City area, we care for patients from all over the country and outside the US.
